IT Leader for Managed Services and Application Development

This is a high-profile role for an experienced IT professional who can lead the way in delivering innovative managed services and application development solutions. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of success in this field, with a proven ability to drive multi-million-dollar sales and manage complex contracts.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of contracting, commercial models, and customer operations in Core, IT (OSS/BSS), and ADM. They will be able to translate portfolio capabilities into business value for customers and lead technical and business discussions at all levels. Strong collaboration, communication, and fact-based decision-making skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities will include serving as the primary engagement lead for contract renewals and business expansion across the MS IT & ADM portfolio. The successful candidate will also coordinate and orchestrate with internal teams to secure optimal solutions and offers for customers, ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering solutions that maximize value and efficient service.

This is a leadership role that requires strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to mobilize support across functions and teams. Experience in consultative selling, identifying strategic opportunities, and business justification is also essential. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving profitable deals, risk mitigation, and supporting pre-sales, sales, delivery, and lifecycle management. Overseeing on-time, on-budget project delivery is also a key aspect of this role.

To succeed in this position, you will need to have 5+ years of experience in MSIT/ADM presales, 5+ years of experience in delivery of Managed Services and/or ADM, and 10+ years of experience in the telecom network industry. A strong record of sales and C-level engagement, as well as proven delivery experience in the domain, are also required.
