Technical Ambassador

As a Technical Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in shaping the customer experience for our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate seamless communication between our customers and our technical teams.

• Define technical onboarding strategies that cater to customers' unique needs.
• Develop detailed solution designs that align with customers' business objectives.
• Map business processes to API calls, data models, event triggers, and automation flows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and launch new app connectors, authentication flows, and two-way data syncs.
• Lead workshops to identify customer requirements and create statements of work.
• Troubleshoot live integrations, optimize performance, and document clear hand-off procedures.

• Strong understanding of REST/JSON, HTTP, webhooks, and OAuth 2.0 (SAML/JWT an asset).
• At least 3 years of experience in solutions engineering, professional services, or systems integration for SaaS platforms.
• Able to articulate complex architectures to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with at least one iPaaS / workflow tool (Zapier, Make, n8n, Workato, Tray...).
• Excellent requirements-gathering, business-analysis, and project-scoping skills.
• Experience in writing custom agents.
• Proficiency in a popular programming language (Python, JS, Ruby etc).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering (or equivalent real-world expertise).

• Background in prompt engineering or LLM-driven automation.
• Knowledge of GraphQL, gRPC, or enterprise-grade authentication protocols.
• Experience in B2B SaaS domains like CRM, marketing automation, or support platforms.
• Previous experience in high-growth environments.
