Education Leadership Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced educational leader to join our organization in Shakargarh. This is a key leadership role that requires strong educational background, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively with teachers, students, parents, and community members.

Main Responsibilities:
  • School Development: Foster high standards of evidence-based learning and teaching by monitoring school progress across key performance indicators, focusing on the improvement of the school and every student, leaving no child behind.
  • Teacher Empowerment: Recruit, develop, empower, support, encourage, and retain the best teachers in the school.
  • Culture Enhancement: Develop a culture of mutual and continuous learning, respect, collaboration, and coordination where all members—teachers, students, staff, and parents—are valued; every child is motivated to learn and grow; and teachers are motivated to improve their knowledge and skills.
Academic Duties:
  • Teacher Recruitment: Ensure the implementation of the Teacher Selection process to recruit quality teachers.
  • School Improvement Plan: Develop and implement a school improvement plan based on need analysis.
  • Classroom Monitoring: Monitor classroom quality through lesson planners and observations.
  • Teacher Enhancement Program: Enhance teacher quality via demo sessions and feedback.
  • Student Performance Management: Monitor student performance through re-checking copies and test papers as per policy.
  • Co-Curricular Activities Management: Manage co-curricular activities, timetable, assembly, library, laboratories, and use of academic resources; support weak students.
  • Training and Development Opportunities: Attend training sessions and conduct on-the-job training for faculty.
  • Examinations Administration: Conduct term tests and examinations transparently and on time.
  • Team Building and Motivation: Build team spirit and motivate teachers, focusing on retention.
Administrative Responsibilities:
  • Community Engagement and Outreach: Develop strong community relationships and promote awareness about education for all children, encouraging enrollment.
  • Enrollment Strategies: Maintain required student strength through effective enrollment strategies.
  • Teacher Support and Retention: Outreach to teachers and maintain the CV bank.
  • HR Coordination and Staff Management: Coordinate with HR for staff hiring, retention, and performance management.
  • Discipline and Character Building: Maintain discipline and promote positive character building among students and staff.
  • Staff Leave and Attendance Management: Manage staff leaves and attendance to minimize classroom disruptions.
  • Admin Assistant Support: Supervise the admin assistant in accounts and other matters.
  • School Accounts and Finance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date school accounts.
  • Premises Maintenance and Utility Services: Ensure proper maintenance of the building and premises, and manage utility services efficiently.
  • Board-Related Matters and Policy Implementation: Coordinate with the supervisor on board-related matters, and implement TCF policies ensuring school activities align accordingly.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Timely submit reports and documents.
