Procurement Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Procurement Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in procurement management, preferably within the food industry or a related sector. Key responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to obtain the best prices, quality, and delivery timelines.
  • Managing the procurement lifecycle from request for quotations (RFQs) to purchase orders, ensuring compliance with project specifications and requirements.
  • Collaborating closely with stakeholders to identify material needs and optimize purchasing decisions.
  • Tracking inventory levels and managing stock control to prevent delays in project schedules.
  • Maintaining relationships with suppliers and resolving any disputes or issues that arise.
  • Ensuring procurement processes adhere to legal and ethical standards.
  • Providing regular reports on procurement activities, savings, and project costs.
  • Staying up to date with industry trends, material costs, and market conditions to make informed procurement decisions.

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management / Business Administration and at least 6 to 8 years of experience in procurement management. Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems is also required.
