Sales Director Job Description
This role is responsible for managing the sales team and developing strategies to increase revenue. The Sales Director will work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment and maximize results.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly targets
• Manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to ensure they are meeting their goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and drive business results
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers and negotiating contracts
• Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and optimize sales performance

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
• Ability to travel regularly, as needed
