Job Title: Educational Leader

A visionary and experienced educational leader is sought to lead a prestigious school in shaping the minds of tomorrow. This esteemed individual will be responsible for fostering an environment that encourages academic excellence, innovation, and character development.

Responsibilities:
  • Promote high standards of evidence-based learning and teaching by monitoring school progress across key performance indicators.
  • Develop and implement strategies to recruit, retain, and empower top-notch teachers who embody the values of mutual respect, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Build a culture of academic rigor, creativity, and community engagement, where every member feels valued, motivated, and inspired to grow.

Academic Responsibilities:
  1. Recruit quality teachers through rigorous selection processes.
  2. Design and implement a comprehensive school improvement plan based on thorough need analysis and evaluation.
  3. Monitor classroom quality through regular lesson planning and observation.
  4. Enhance teacher quality through professional development, demo sessions, and constructive feedback.
  5. Oversee student performance by reviewing assignments and test results.
  6. Organize and manage co-curricular activities, timetables, assemblies, and displays.
  7. Attend training sessions and conduct on-the-job training for faculty members.
  8. Administer term tests and examinations in a fair and timely manner.
  9. Motivate teachers and foster a positive work environment.

Administrative Responsibilities:
  1. BUILD RELATIONSHIPS with local communities to promote education for all children.
  2. ENSURE OPTIMAL STUDENT ENROLLMENT through effective enrollment strategies.
  3. Maintain a CV bank and facilitate staff hiring, retention, and performance management.
  4. CORRECTLY HANDLE STAFF LEAVES, ATTENDANCE, AND CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT.
  5. OVERSEE SCHOOL DISCIPLINE and encourage positive character development among students and staff.
  6. MANAGE SCHOOL ACCOUNTS, BUDGETS, and BUILDING MAINTENANCE.
  7. SUPPLY AND MANAGE UTILITY SERVICES PROMPTLY.
  8. COORDINATE WITH THE SUPERVISOR FOR BOARD-RELATED MATTERS.
