Remote Email Marketing Specialist Job Description

Our company is seeking a skilled Email Marketing Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing email campaigns that engage our audience and drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns aligned with company objectives and target audience segments.
  2. Write compelling email content, including copywriting, graphics, and multimedia elements, to effectively communicate key messages and promotions.
  3. Design visually appealing, mobile-responsive email templates optimized for deliverability and engagement.
  4. Manage email lists, segmentation, and targeting to ensure campaigns reach the right audience at the right time with the right message.
  5. Utilize industry best practices to achieve email marketing targets for open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and other relevant KPIs.
  6. Experience in sending bulk emails while adhering to best practices and compliance regulations.
  7. Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in email marketing to enhance campaign effectiveness and innovation.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in email marketing with a track record of successful campaign execution and measurable results.
  3. Strong proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) and marketing automation tools.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content and messaging that resonates with diverse audiences.
  5. Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email template customization and troubleshooting.
  6. Experience with A/B testing methodologies and data-driven decision-making.
  7. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make recommendations for optimization.
  8. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while also collaborating effectively with a distributed team.
  9. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices related to email marketing compliance.
