As a TikTok Affiliate Partnerships Coordinator, you'll be responsible for building connections with brands and helping creators understand the tiered commission system. You'll also be working with top creators to produce 5-6 videos a month and motivating them to join the community Discord for behind-the-scenes action.
About the Role:
- Reach out to creators and help them build connections with brands.
- Act quickly on creator needs—whether it's sending out samples, sharing briefs, or responding to messages. Speed and responsiveness are key.
- Team up with creators to make awesome first videos together.
- Get videos made based on our ideas, then review and approve samples.
- Help creators understand the tiered commission system and get them excited about earning.
- Stay on top of messages, give feedback, and keep the creator chat alive.
- Discover and track the top creators who are crushing it.

- You have a strong understanding of affiliate marketing and social media outreach.
- You're a team player who's reliable and eager to learn.
- You have some background or experience in marketing or content creation.
- You're passionate about content creation and growing online communities.
