Accounting Support Professional
Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Support Professional to assist in managing our accounting functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing timely data to respective departments and coordinating effectively with the Head of Finance.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare bank receipt vouchers in a timely manner.
- Generate invoices for goods supplied with accuracy.
- Maintain customer account statements with detailed receivable information.
- Verify and prepare credit notes due on accounts.
- Compile expenses details with precision.
- Follow up with utility and tax payments to ensure prompt settlement.
- Manage accounts efficiently.
