Senior Accountant Job Description

NubitSoft is looking for a Senior Accountant to join their team. This role is designed for individuals who excel in financial management, enjoy working with numbers, and are passionate about maintaining accuracy and organization in financial reporting.

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing the month-end closing process, assisting with budget development, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  2. Manage month-end closing activities and perform account reconciliation.
  3. Assist in the development and monitoring of organizational budgets.
  4. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  5. Support both internal and external audit processes, ensuring all financial activities are properly documented and in line with industry standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • CMA, CA, ACCA, CAF, ICMA, MBA, or M.Com (partially qualified candidates are encouraged to apply).
  • 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting tools and spreadsheets (e.g., Excel).
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset.
