We are seeking an Operations Associate to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and quality across critical business functions. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and data-driven environment.

About the Position
  • Lead onboarding and offboarding processes of data vendors, ensuring compliance with agreements and internal standards.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for data vendors, establishing strong working relationships and timely issue resolution.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental workflows to streamline data acquisition, access control, and decommissioning efforts.

Maintain accurate client and vendor records within internal systems. Collaborate with teams to ensure CRM data reflects current business activity and vendor status.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Onboard and offboard data vendors, ensuring compliance with agreements and internal standards.
  2. Serve as primary point of contact for data vendors, resolving issues efficiently.
  3. Streamline data acquisition, access control, and decommissioning efforts through cross-departmental coordination.
  4. Maintain accurate client and vendor records within internal systems.
  5. Collaborate with teams to ensure CRM data reflects current business activity and vendor status.

Maintain detailed case notes for customer and vendor interactions. Work within shared inboxes, remote systems, and multiple platforms to resolve support cases efficiently.

Required Skills And Competencies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with ability to use pivot tables, lookups, and basic formulas.
  • Strong working knowledge of Outlook, SharePoint, and CRM platforms.
  • Demonstrated email-based communication expertise.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to multitask across competing priorities and deadlines.

  • Audit-ready case notes for all customer and vendor interactions.
  • Compiled reports for billing validation, compliance, and audit purposes.
