We are seeking a highly skilled Project Director to oversee multiple compliance testing projects.

Job Description
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
  • Strong communication skills are required to maintain clear and consistent contact with clients and internal teams.
  • The Project Director must be able to identify and manage project risks and issues, developing effective mitigation strategies and implementing timely corrective actions.
  • Leading cross-functional project teams, delegating tasks and responsibilities while providing guidance and performance feedback is essential.
  • The Project Director will ensure all project activities adhere to compliance regulations and standards, collaborating closely with compliance experts.
  • Monitoring project progress using project management tools such as Microsoft Office 365 and Jira, preparing detailed status reports for senior management and stakeholders is crucial.
Eligibility Criteria
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Project Management, Compliance, or a related field is mandatory. A master's degree is preferred.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
  • The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5-7 years of project management experience, with a focus on compliance testing or regulatory projects.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, with experience in high-pressure environments is essential.
  • Strong understanding of compliance regulations and testing methodologies is necessary.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office 365, Jira).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while driving projects to completion independently is crucial.
