Job Description:

This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with established standards and regulations. The successful candidate will be a highly skilled professional with expertise in project management, business operations, product design, and problem-solving.

The primary focus of this position is to develop new project protocols and guidelines that support clients in their finishing process. This involves working closely with various stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and other team members to ensure seamless execution and delivery.

In addition to protocol development, the incumbent will also be responsible for managing technical approvals, conducting site visits, and reviewing client requests. They will need to analyze general modifications, provide technical support, and audit engineering service providers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Protocol Development: Develop new project protocols and guidelines to support clients in their finishing process.
  2. Technical Approvals: Manage technical approvals, conduct site visits, and review client requests.
  3. Client Support: Provide technical support to clients, including analyzing general modifications and resolving issues.
  4. Audit and Compliance: Audit engineering service providers, ensure compliance with established standards and regulations, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering is required.
  • Experience: 7-10 years of experience in project management, business operations, and product design.
  • Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office programs, as well as strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
