**Job Summary:**

  • We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead our digital marketing efforts.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our products and enhance online sales.
  • This includes creating and executing campaigns across various channels, including Pay Per Click Campaigns, Social Media Interventions, Lead generation campaigns, SEM/SEO, YouTube, Email, and Social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, with experience in tracking conversion rates and improving website traffic.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to inform future marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including branding, demand generation, and customer engagement.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
  • Aptitude for data analysis and problem-solving.
