Placement Solicitor

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Placement Solicitor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential clients, discussing and presenting services that we provide, and convincing them to choose our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting outbound calls to potential clients and offering our services.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and establishing trust in our services.
  • Presentation of services in a clear and concise manner to clients.
  • Accurate and timely provision of information to clients and answering their questions.
  • Maintenance of detailed and accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Collaboration with team members to achieve departmental goals.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and regulations.
Job Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Placement Solicitor or similar role in a call center or sales environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Familiarity with industry terminology, laws, and regulations.
  • Attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
  • Proficient in using computer applications such as Microsoft Office and other related tools.
