Our organization is looking for an individual to manage the onboarding process for new employees.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in operations and a solid understanding of people operations.

About the Job
  • Lead the Onboarding Journey: Manage the entire employee onboarding lifecycle, meeting all operational requirements to ensure a smooth and successful experience.
  • End-to-End Ownership: Take charge of the onboarding process, ensuring compliance and seamless documentation, including verification and preparation of employment packages.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to deliver a seamless experience for both clients and their employees.

This role requires strong operations expertise, contract knowledge, adaptability, teamwork, exceptional communication skills, and technical savviness.

We are seeking someone who can drive automation opportunities, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance the onboarding experience.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring compliance and seamless documentation.
  • Take ownership of the entire employee onboarding lifecycle, meeting all operational requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless experience for clients and their employees.
  • Drive automation opportunities and implement changes to enhance the onboarding experience.
About You
  • Have extensive operations experience, with a solid understanding of people operations.
  • Possess contract knowledge, proficiency in handling employment contracts, and similar legally binding documents.
  • Excel in fast-paced, cross-functional settings, ideally within startups or high-growth companies.
  • Be a true collaborator, with a strong sense of ownership and excellent communication skills.
  • Be tech-savvy, adaptable, and able to work autonomously within an international, fast-paced, remote team.
  • Familiar with key tools like Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and Google Workspace (G-Suite) or similar.
  • Have knowledge and content management skills, with the ability to organize, maintain, and update knowledge and content resources.

Competitive salary range $26,350—$59,300 USD, flexible paid time off, flexible working hours, 16 weeks paid parental leave, mental health support services, stock options, learning budget, home office budget & IT equipment, and budget for local in-person social events or co-working spaces.
