Lead Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our customer-facing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and managing high-performing teams in a remote environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the handling of customer inquiries, complaints, and order issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and KPIs tailored to the garment retail industry.
Address escalated customer issues, maintaining a professional and customer-centric approach.
The successful candidate will be able to lead, motivate, and manage a team of CSRs in a remote environment, with exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, and the ability to train CSRs to meet North American customer standards.
RequirementsMinimum 2+ years in a customer service management or supervisory role, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
Experience managing remote teams.
Familiarity with CRM systems and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex customer issues.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and logistics. They must also have excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
