Job Overview

As a quality assurance professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality are met across our organization.

Your primary responsibility will be to maintain and update QA documentation, records, and filing systems to ensure compliance with organizational standards. This includes preparing and filling Change Approval Forms with complete technical details and modalities, and obtaining approvals from all stakeholders.

You will also be responsible for maintaining an up-to-date Change Approval Log in the system, ensuring traceability and accessibility of all change requests and approvals. Additionally, you will compile, analyze, and report QA data to support decision-making, process improvements, and management reviews.

Liaising with cross-functional teams is crucial to ensure timely processing of documents and change requests, and supporting the QA team in audits is also an essential aspect of this role.

Furthermore, you will assist in developing and updating QA procedures, forms, and templates to support quality management system requirements.
