About this role:

As a seasoned IT professional, you will lead the support operations for a network of retail stores and gas stations across the United States.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage a team to ensure timely resolution of technical issues across all locations.
  • Provide expert troubleshooting for complex POS system problems, including registers, payment systems, and fuel pump interfaces.
  • Develop and maintain support protocols and escalation procedures.
  • Act as the point of contact for high-impact or unresolved technical issues, coordinating with vendors and internal teams.
  • Monitor support trends to identify recurring issues and implement long-term solutions.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of incidents, resolutions, and system updates.
  • Communicate regularly with store managers and leadership about system performance and initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years in IT support, with 2-3 years in leadership roles, preferably in retail or fuel stations.
  • Experience with POS systems, forecourt controllers, and store technology.
  • Strong understanding of network fundamentals, remote access tools, ticketing systems, and Windows environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience managing IT operations for multi-location retail chains or gas stations.
  • Familiarity with fuel management systems, pump controllers, and EMV hardware.
  • Ability to balance technical work with strategic leadership and process improvements.
Job details:

Work Timings: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Work Days: Monday - Friday
