Digital Marketing Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing Ad Accounts with ROAS-based results.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating leads, sales, and ROI is essential for this role.
  • Candidates should be able to provide numerical evidence of their accomplishments.
  • International client exposure is also a requirement.
Key Responsibilities
  • Unrestricted access to Ecommerce clients' Facebook and Google Ad accounts.
  • Full management of local business Lead Generation through Facebook and Google Ads.
  • Comprehensive account auditing to facilitate the client acquisition process.
  • In-depth analysis using clients' past ads, data, audience insights, and competitors' ads.
  • Designing customer-centric Facebook Ads funnels that retarget warm and hot traffic.
  • Creating and setting up all ads, including advanced copywriting and audience segmentation.
  • Clear testing structures with minimum thresholds for applicable KPIs.
  • Daily campaign optimization.
  • Sustained and aggressive account scaling with a minimum 2x ROAS on cold/top-of-funnel traffic, and 4x ROAS on mid- and bottom-of-funnel traffic.
  • Effective copywriting.
  • Split-testing, daily management, and reporting are also essential duties.
