Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced social media marketing professional to drive our online presence. The goal is to increase engagement on various social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other freelance websites.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Creating and posting meaningful content related to web services (e.g., web hosting, web development, software) on different social media and freelance-related websites.
- Responding to comments and engaging with followers.
- Managing spam and ensuring a positive user experience.
- Maintaining and updating social media profiles and freelancer websites.
- Providing customer support related to IT services, including collecting online orders, forwarding work to employees, and delivering completed projects to clients.
In order to excel in this role, the following skills and qualifications are essential:
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- A deep understanding of social media platforms, SEO strategies, article marketing, and other internet marketing techniques.
- Knowledge of IT services, including web hosting, web development, software development, and graphic design. Observational knowledge is required, as actual development or designing is not part of the job duties.
