Our ideal candidate will be a seasoned Technical Lead with hands-on experience in providing technical leadership for complex software systems.

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to drive engineering excellence and ensure high-quality software delivery.

The successful candidate will have strong expertise in MS SQL Server query optimization and performance tuning, as well as experience with Wildfly and microservices architecture. Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipeline management is also required.

In this role, you will work alongside the Solutions Architects to refine system architecture and technical roadmaps. You will guide the team in resolving complex technical issues and troubleshooting performance bottlenecks. Additionally, you will collaborate with other Technical Leads to ensure integration and consistency across teams.

This position requires a strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, as well as experience with API development, RESTful services, and event-driven architecture.
