Job Title: Hospital Director

The Northwest General Hospital and Research Centre, a leading healthcare institution in the region, seeks an accomplished professional to fill the role of Hospital Director.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned leader to drive strategic growth and excellence in healthcare management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective administrative strategies to optimize hospital operations.
  • Lead teams in finance, budgeting, ancillary services, building maintenance, human resources, procurement, and quality assurance/accreditation with regulatory bodies.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior management or director-level position in a hospital is required.
  • Mbbs/Bds with a higher qualification in management, including a master's degree in one of the following fields: Hospital Management, Health Services Management, Business Administration/Management, Public Health, or Public Administration.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • fcps/frcs/frcp/mrcp/ms/md or a postgraduate clinical degree registered by the pm&dc.

Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience and qualifications in hospital management and leadership.
