**Estimated Salary:** PKR 1,200,000 - 1,500,000 per annum.

About the Role:

We are looking for an exceptional educator who can create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that fosters the social, emotional, and academic growth of our students. Your primary objective will be to provide a solid foundation for their development through engaging activities, lesson plans, and interactions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement Lesson Plans: Create age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that align with our curriculum and educational goals, ensuring that each student reaches their full potential.
• Classroom Environment: Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel safe, respected, and motivated to learn, fostering a love for education and encouraging curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking.
• Teaching Methods and Materials: Utilize various teaching methods and materials to accommodate different learning styles and abilities, promoting equal opportunities for all students.
• Student Progress and Communication: Monitor and assess students' progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain open communication with parents/guardians, ensuring a collaborative approach to education.
• Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan and organize school events, field trips, and special projects, promoting a sense of community and shared responsibility.
• Record Keeping and Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students' attendance, grades, and behavior, adhering to all relevant school policies and procedures.
• Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with current educational practices, contributing to the continuous improvement of our educational programs.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Teaching Certification: Valid teaching certification or license from a recognized institution.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching in a kindergarten or preschool setting, with a proven track record of success in creating engaging and effective learning environments.
• Skills and Attributes: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, patience with young learners, creative lesson planning, effective classroom behavior management, and clear communication with parents and students.
• Languages: Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
