Early Childhood Educator

At Leading Edge, we are seeking a dedicated and passionate Kindergarten Teacher to join our team. As a Kindergarten Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of young children, fostering a love for learning, and promoting their social, emotional, and academic development.

• Lesson Planning and Delivery: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of kindergarten students, aligning with our school's curriculum and educational goals.
• Classroom Environment: Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking in young children.
• Student Progress Monitoring: Regularly monitor and assess students' progress, providing constructive feedback and communicating effectively with parents/guardians.
• Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to plan and organize school events, field trips, and special projects, promoting a sense of community and shared responsibility.
• Record Keeping and Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students' attendance, grades, and behavior, adhering to our school's policies and procedures.

• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, teaching certification or license from a recognized institution.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching in a kindergarten or preschool setting.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, patience with young learners, creative lesson planning, effective classroom behavior management, and clear communication with parents and students.
