We are seeking a Medical Alert Support Specialist to provide exceptional service to clients. As a key member of our team, you will handle customer inquiries related to medical alert systems, ensuring timely and accurate assistance.
This role involves responding to incoming calls, emails, and messages from clients. You will troubleshoot and resolve client issues, document interactions, and conduct follow-up calls or emails as necessary.
To excel in this position, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to handle stressful situations with a calm demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries related to medical alert systems, providing clear and accurate information and addressing concerns efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues related to medical alerts, including technical problems, account inquiries, and service disruptions.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system, including details of inquiries, issues, and resolutions.
- Conduct follow-up calls or emails as necessary to ensure complete resolution of client issues and confirm satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field or additional certifications in customer service or healthcare is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry.
You should also demonstrate:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and professional demeanor.
