Expert Instructional Content Specialist

We are seeking a Course Developer Lead to oversee the development of engaging text-based courses for engineering audiences. The successful candidate will have experience in developing courses, managing teams, and ensuring high editorial and technical quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Develop course content that meets the needs of learners, including research, planning, and creation of text-based courses.
- Lead a team of subject matter experts to ensure high-quality courses that meet our standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and project coordination.
- Monitor technological developments to contribute to course strategy and ensure courses are responsive to learner needs.
- Strong understanding of computer science concepts, such as data structures and algorithms.
- Familiarity with programming languages like C++, C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, etc.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Self-directed, goal-oriented, disciplined, and strong time management skills.
As a Course Developer Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development of courses from inception to launch. You will work closely with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality courses that meet our standards.
