Content Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the creation and coordination of all digital and print content to support marketing enablement and lead generation programs.

This role requires experience in cross-channel content marketing and content optimization, including text, audio, video, and image content, social media marketing, and search marketing.

  1. Develop high-quality content that supports organizational goals from the top to the bottom of the marketing and sales funnel, including increasing brand awareness and generating leads.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a content calendar and drive content timelines.
  3. Write and edit clean, creative, and consistently high-quality content for various channels, including blogs, websites, social media, and integrated marketing campaigns.
  4. Develop a variety of sales tools and marketing collateral, such as videos, landing pages, e-books, white papers, infographics, and PowerPoint presentations.
  5. Conduct interviews with subject matter experts to create engaging stories and highlight expertise.
  6. Manage the production of digital and print content that aligns with the organization's brand, style, and tone.
  7. Monitor and report on content marketing metrics and continuously improve the content strategy based on analytics.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or Public Relations, 2-3 years of experience in digital content strategy and tactics, and a portfolio of writing samples.

The ideal candidate will have excellent project management, editing, and proofreading skills, with a solid attention to detail. They must also be able to work well cross-functionally and possess proven organizational skills.
