We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic social media campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, video, and display advertising.
  • Design, build, and maintain our social media presence across various channels.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against set goals (ROI, KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights, optimizing spend and performance based on the data.
Requirements:
  1. 2-3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
  2. Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google+, and other social media best practices.
  3. Experience with audience and buyer persona research, web design, and publishing.
  4. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills, with a strong grip on SEO.
  5. Ability to manage brand social media content and editorial calendars across channels.
  6. Familiarity with social media monitoring and management tools for social listening, publishing, and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Degree in Marketing or relevant field.
  • Expertise in SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, paid and content marketing using different channels like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong creative thinking skills, with good human relations to interact with clients and team members.
