Marketing Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our marketing strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, implementing, and analyzing marketing campaigns across various channels, with a focus on blog content.

About the Role
  • This is a senior-level position that requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing.
  • The ideal candidate will have mastery of WordPress, SEO tools, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.

The role also involves:

  • Developing and executing marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive business leads;
  • Analyzing market trends, customer insights, and marketing best practices to inform strategic decisions;
  • Leading the marketing team and ensuring seamless collaboration with other departments;
  • Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management;
  • Managing web content and SEO efforts, including conducting thorough audits and making recommendations for improvement.
Key Qualifications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Prior leadership experience, with a proven track record of success;
  • Excellent grammar and writing skills, with the ability to create compelling content;
  • Experience working with American audience/clientele, with a deep understanding of their needs and preferences;
  • A portfolio of previous marketing successes, demonstrating growth in key performance indicators (KPIs) and bottom-line impacts.
Job Responsibilities
  1. Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive business growth;
  2. Create and implement high-impact marketing campaigns across multiple channels;
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and measurement of marketing initiatives;

  5. Manage web content and SEO efforts, including conducting regular audits and making recommendations for improvement;
  6. Prepare and present quarterly and annual reports to senior management, highlighting key accomplishments and areas for improvement.
