Job Title: Senior QA Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled professional to manage our quality management system. As a Senior QA Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about quality assurance and healthcare settings.

  • The ideal candidate will have a degree in MBBS, Pharm-D, M.Sc. (Biochemistry/Microbiology), or related fields.
  • Possess 5-6 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
About the Role:

As a Senior QA Officer, your responsibilities will include conducting regular quality rounds and weekly checklists to identify areas for improvement. You will also assist in planning departmental tasks and projects to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

In addition, you will be responsible for developing and implementing internal audits to assess quality systems and provide recommendations for improvement. You will also manage databases to track quality metrics and KPIs.

Your strong leadership skills will enable you to mentor and assign tasks to QA officers to ensure effective team collaboration.
