Job Description

Assess the accessibility of public health facilities in Punjab, identifying infrastructure and service barriers to inclusive healthcare delivery. Evaluate existing infrastructure against international benchmarks, including WHO guidelines, to inform evidence-based recommendations for reform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct site assessments and staff interviews to evaluate physical access, signage, ramps, restrooms, and staff attitudes and awareness.
  • Develop customized assessment tools and data collection protocols to ensure quality control and consistency.
  • Consolidate and analyze findings to identify systemic and facility-level barriers to inclusive service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in civil/structural engineering or a relevant field, with 10+ years' experience in healthcare infrastructure planning and assessments.

Knowledge of universal design principles, accessibility codes, and cost estimation is essential.
