Main Responsibilities:

  3. Sales Team Performance: Lead and motivate the sales team to meet targets and KPIs, ensuring high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
  4. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills to build effective relationships with clients and drive sales growth.
  • Proven Sales Experience: A proven track record in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the industry.
  • Ability to Work Under Pressure: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of performance.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the telecommunications industry is highly desirable, but not essential.
