Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our essential IT systems.

Your responsibilities will include managing system updates, delivering continuous support to our users, and collaborating with project teams to drive technological innovation and advancement within the organization.

Key Job Functions:

  • Coordinate testing and production readiness of system data.
  • Deliver initial and secondary support to approximately 200 users.
  • Collaborate with project teams to leverage technical expertise.
  • Assess maintenance updates and upgrades to systems.
  • Responsible for system management and delivery.
  • Create, release and modify reporting suite.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Preferred: Sage Certification or Microsoft Certification.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong technical skills, including SQL Server, Query Writing, Python, .Net development.
  • Excellent programming skills in VBA macros.
  • In-depth knowledge of ERP and other systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
