Key Role Summary

This role leads the development and implementation of business strategies to drive growth through innovation, leveraging a human-centric approach that benefits the organization, its people, and the planet.

As a key member of the team, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to accelerate profitable, sustainable growth by prioritizing and executing innovative solutions at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Innovation Leadership
    • Provide expertise across desirability, feasibility, and viability lenses for project and pipeline levels, identifying key tensions between consumer appeal, operational feasibility, and financial viability.
  2. Scaling Human-Centric Solutions
    • Identify and scale innovations enterprise-wide using Pepsico's digitalized Innovation Hopper, supporting desirability, feasibility, and viability assessments in collaboration with Marketing.
  3. Driving Growth Strategies
    • Define innovation's role in business growth strategies, embedding key KPIs such as profitable growth, pipeline sufficiency, and stickiness.
    • Collaborate with Marketing, R&D, and Supply Chain to develop and execute innovation calendars aligned with strategic priorities and financial targets.
  4. Delivering Business Results
    • Manage project scope, milestones, risks, stakeholder engagement, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on scope, time, and budget, with ongoing risk mitigation and opportunity maximization.
  5. Qualifications
  • 7-8+ years of experience in consumer, commercial, or supply chain roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, finance, or related fields.
  • Strong business acumen, understanding of end-to-end innovation processes, P&L, supply chain, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Results-driven with leadership qualities, capable of operating in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and influence skills, with proven project management capabilities.
  • Data analysis and interpretation skills to develop business insights and solutions.
