Transformation Leader

We are seeking a seasoned transformation leader to spearhead our organization-wide change initiatives. As a strategic business partner, you will drive and implement comprehensive strategies aligned with business objectives and foster collaboration across departments.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute HR strategies in line with organizational goals and market trends;
  • Oversee HR operations across multiple locations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, monitoring HR KPIs for data-driven decisions and implementing best practices;
  • Build robust recruitment strategies, forecast workforce needs, and implement succession planning for leadership pipelines;
  • Design competitive compensation structures and total rewards programs to attract and retain top talent;
  • Establish training, career development, and employee upskilling programs; implement performance management systems linking individual goals to organizational targets;
  • Drive engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and retention strategies to foster a positive and high-performance work culture;
  • Strengthen the company's reputation as an employer of choice through branding initiatives, job fairs, and academic partnerships;
  • Lead, mentor, and develop HR teams, acting as a trusted advisor to senior management on people-related strategies.

Requirements

  • 10-12 years of progressive HR experience, including 3-4 years in a senior leadership role managing the full HR spectrum;
  • Proven experience in large-scale, labor-intensive industries such as Retail, FMCG, or Hospitality, with oversight of multi-site operations and large workforce management;
  • Hands-on experience in organizational transformation initiatives (restructuring, cultural change, HR digitalization);
  • Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; professional certifications (SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CIPD) are an advantage;
  • Strong knowledge of workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, labor laws, and compliance;
  • Expertise in compensation structuring, total rewards strategy, HR KPIs, analytics, and HRIS systems;
  • Skilled in learning & development frameworks, career progression, upskilling programs, and performance management systems;
  • High emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, ethical judgment, and the ability to mentor and develop HR teams;
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments;
  • Experience in developing employer branding strategies and representing the company at talent forums and academic partnerships.
