The role of Senior Product Manager is to drive research-led innovation and build fast, learn faster. As a member of the product team, you will own one or multiple product pillars within the IT Solutions roadmap, evolving towards end-to-end ownership as the mission grows.

You will translate bold AI-first visions into hypotheses, develop MVPs rapidly, and drive measurable impact aligned with your North-Star metric. This involves leveraging AI tools as a force multiplier, deciding, building, and validating in hours, not days.

  • 5+ years of PM experience at Senior/Principal level in B2B SaaS or AI/ML products">
  • Core competencies: outcome-driven roadmapping, data-driven decision-making, rapid prototyping, user research, stakeholder management">
  • Technical aptitude: understanding of IT solutions and AI/ML workflows; comfortable with APIs, data models, analytics tools">
  • Mindset: thrives on ambiguity, values intelligent failure, self-governing, bias-toward-action">

  • Conduct rapid discovery sprints: user interviews, competitive teardowns, AI capability testing—each within 1-week cycles.">
  • Frame opportunities with clear problem statements, hypothesis trees, and impact assessments before solutioning.">
  • Build Fast, Learn Faster">
  • Ship MVPs in 2 weeks, using wireframes, scripts, or low-code demos.">
  • Utilize AI tools, pre-trained models, and no-code stacks for quick validation.">
  • Prioritize high-signal experiments, deprioritize or kill low-potential bets.">
  • Pivot with Purpose">
  • Set directional bets, detach from sunk costs, and pivot when hypotheses fail.">
  • Monitor feedback daily to enable fast course corrections.">
  • Communicate pivots transparently to keep teams aligned.">
  • Operational Speed & Communication">
  • Structure squads around weekly OKRs tied to your North-Star metric.">
  • Design tight research–build–measure cycles for validation.">
  • Ensure the team focuses on impactful problems.">
  • Create Leverage Through Communication">
  • Maintain a 1-pager on testing initiatives, reasons, and build-on points.">
  • Run Show & Tell sessions each sprint to share learnings.">
  • Coach junior PMs on hypothesis-led decision-making and lean experimentation.">

  • Degrees in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields">
