Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, refine, and manage the product backlog for development teams.
  • Write clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business needs into functional requirements.
  • Prioritize backlog items based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the development team regarding product requirements and priorities.
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure user stories are ready for development and support the team during implementation.
  • Validate completed features to ensure they meet requirements and business objectives.
  • Monitor product performance and gather feedback to inform future improvements.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to align backlog with broader product strategy and roadmap.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; Master's degree a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in a software development environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Clickup or similar product management platforms.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in healthcare domain is a plus
