Job Description

As a senior retail executive, you will lead a sales team to achieve growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategize and motivate a team to increase sales and optimize operations.
  2. Monitor and control stock levels to maximize profits through data-driven insights.
  3. Analyze sales trends to forecast future sales volumes and inform business planning.
  4. Utilize technology to track and analyze sales figures, driving data-informed decisions.
  5. Address staffing issues, including interviewing, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
  6. Maintain high standards of quality, customer service, and health and safety.
  7. Resolve operational issues, including health and safety, security, and customer complaints.
  8. Promote the organization through strategic partnerships and local events.
  9. Organize in-store promotions, displays, and sales events.
  10. Attend and chair meetings with colleagues and stakeholders.
  11. Communicate business updates and company news to staff.
  12. Conduct regular sales floor audits to identify and resolve operational issues.

To succeed in this role, you should have 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in shopping malls. Experience in overall retailing, including groceries, fast food, and cosmetics, is essential.
