Job Description:

This position is responsible for designing and optimizing mechanical systems using advanced computational fluid dynamics (CFD) tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience with CFD software. This role requires close collaboration with the design team to optimize mechanical designs based on CFD analysis results. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and modifying 3D CAD models of mechanical components and systems for use in CFD simulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. CFD Simulation: Conduct detailed CFD simulations to analyze fluid flow, heat transfer, and related processes within mechanical systems, components, and products.
  2. Design Optimization: Collaborate closely with the design team to optimize mechanical designs based on CFD analysis results.
  3. 3D Modeling: Develop and modify 3D CAD models of mechanical components and systems for use in CFD simulations.
  4. Multiphysics Simulations: Integrate CFD analysis with other simulation techniques (e.g., finite element analysis, thermal analysis) to perform comprehensive multiphysics simulations.

Requirements:
  1. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 3 years of experience in mechanical design and CFD analysis, preferably in a relevant industry such as automotive, aerospace, energy, or HVAC.
  3. Software Proficiency: Strong proficiency in CFD software (e.g., ANSYS Fluent, COMSOL, Star-CCM+, OpenFOAM) and 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, Siemens NX).
  4. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex simulation results.
