EZ is seeking an experienced Truck Dispatcher to manage scheduling and routing of trucks, coordinate deliveries, and communicate with drivers and Brokers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hunt loads for owner's operators from load boards
  • Manage driver routes and coordinate delivery times
  • Communicate with Brokers regarding delivery schedules and rates.
  • Monitor driver performance and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate records of all shipments, deliveries, and pickups
  • Ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner
Requirements

Candidates should have experience in calls centers, high school diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of experience as a truck dispatcher or in a related field. They must also possess strong communication and organizational skills, knowledge of transportation laws, proficiency in Microsoft Office and transportation management software, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
