Business Growth Expert

We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Expert to lead our sales efforts and drive business expansion.

  • Bid management with expertise in IT and web/application development.
  • Estimate project prices, create quotes and proposals, follow up with clients, and close leads.
  • Foster relationships with potential clients to identify new business opportunities.
  • Nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Maintain an updated database of prospective clients.
  • Make outbound calls to generate new business leads.
  • Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas for improvement to support sales growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures for acquiring customers.
  • Communicate client requirements with the team and deliver projects to clients on time.
  • Manage all sales administration tasks effectively.
  • Create compelling business proposals to increase revenue from clients.
  • Negotiate with clients to secure favorable prices.
  • Stay up-to-date with all products and services offered by the organization.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention.
An ideal candidate should have:
  • A thorough understanding of the IT software industry (mobile apps, web apps, custom software, etc.).
  • Experience bidding on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, People Per Hour, Guru, Freelancer, etc.
  • The ability to close leads.
  • The ability to meet monthly targets.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
Requirements for the Business Growth Expert role:
  • At least 3 years of working experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
