- Procure medications as necessary while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure the pharmacy complies with local, state, and federal regulations, maintaining accurate records of prescriptions and medications dispensed.
- Operate the pharmacy in line with safety standards and quality control protocols.
- Patient Care:
- Provide guidance and counseling to patients regarding their prescriptions and usage, enhancing patient health outcomes.

- Financial Management:

- Communicate effectively with suppliers, insurance providers, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Quality Control:
- Implement and enforce safety protocols for handling, storage, and disposal of medications, prioritizing patient safety.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure quality standards are met and continuously improve workflow efficiency.
- Leadership and Strategic Planning:
- Develop strategic plans to improve the pharmacy's overall performance, customer satisfaction, and service delivery.
- Lead initiatives to enhance the pharmacy's reputation and expand its services, driving business growth.
- Education and Training:
