Senior Strategic Planner Job

In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies across various campaigns.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Brief Interpretation: Analyze client goals and objectives to create a comprehensive research plan.
  • Research:
    1. Conduct in-depth market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
    2. Identify and evaluate potential partners based on their influence, reach, and brand alignment.
    3. Analyze data using our Influencer tech-stack to produce actionable insights.
  • Storytelling: Create compelling narratives to communicate findings and inform client direction.
  • Relationships: Foster effective communication across project teams and with clients by presenting strategy work.
  • Leadership: Accept increased responsibility and independence in carrying out projects and contribute valuable expertise to the team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the creator management team to develop ideas and provide creative input.
  • Communication: Participate in discussions to share opinions and learn from others.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing strategy, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Able to think creatively and strategically, connecting client goals through a logical approach.
  • Experience working with data and culture to deliver meaningful insights that inspire creative decisions.
  • Skilled problem solver with experience working in cross-functional teams and providing concise feedback.
  • Familiarity with regional multi-market campaign work is an asset.
