Job Title: Digital Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled digital marketing specialist to manage and optimize online ad campaigns across various platforms to generate leads, drive traffic, and convert aspiring authors into published clients.

About the Role:
  • Plan, launch, and manage high-converting PPC campaigns focused on lead generation and book publishing services.
  • Run ads on Google (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram), with strong focus on targeting writers, bloggers, and aspiring authors.
  • Research keywords and audiences relevant to book publishing and self-publishing services.
  • Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with the creative team to design engaging ad creatives.
  • Monitor daily ad performance and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI (CTR, CPL, CPA, and ROAS).
  • Run A/B tests for headlines, ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
  • Manage ad budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns remain profitable and scalable.
  • Track conversions and performance using analytics tools.
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights and improvement plans.
  • Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, ad trends, and competitors in the publishing industry.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience (Google Ads, Meta Ads – must).
  • Strong background in lead generation and performance marketing (especially in the education or publishing space is a plus).
  • Ability to create, track, and analyze full-funnel campaigns.
  • Excellent copywriting and ad messaging skills, especially tailored to creative audiences.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other ad tools.
  • Experience in managing budgets and scaling campaigns while maintaining cost-efficiency.
  • Organized, analytical, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
