Junior IT Recruiter Position
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Junior IT Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying job requirements, maintaining relationships with clients and other staffing agencies, creating engaging job postings, evaluating applicants' backgrounds, conducting interviews, processing paperwork, developing recruitment reports, and managing records of current and former employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with departments to identify job requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and other staffing agencies.
- Create engaging job postings showcasing available positions within the organization.
- Evaluate applicants' backgrounds and verify candidate references.
- Conduct open interviews with potential candidates.
- Process paperwork for new employees upon role acceptance.
- Develop recruitment reports tracking progress toward hiring goals.
- Manage accurate records of current and former employees, as well as future candidates.
- Update and maintain information in Resume Databases.
- Attend job fairs and professional events.
- Meet with clients to note their requirements.
- Promote job ads on platforms like job boards, social media networks, and career pages.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for future use.
- Prepare reports on suitable candidates and update clients accordingly.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or relevant field; work experience accepted in lieu of degree.
- Experience as an IT Recruiter, HR Coordinator, Corporate Recruiter, or similar position in the Human Resources department.
- Demonstrate ability to assess candidates via interview process.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and Databases.
- Strong writing skills for creating accurate job descriptions.
- Familiarity with various job boards.
- Quick decision-making abilities.
- Excellent relation-building skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Effective time management abilities.
- Strong work ethics with ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Thorough knowledge of the hiring process.
