Program Leader Opportunity

We seek a seasoned Program Leader to manage the successful delivery of large-scale software development and rollout projects for our global clients.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders in assigned regions.
  • Interface regularly with customer middle and executive-level management and manage relationships from the delivery side.
  • Oversee multiple regional projects, ensuring alignment with defined scope, goals, KPIs, timelines, and resource requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage risk, issue resolution, change control, and dependency tracking across concurrent projects.
  • Conduct regular status meetings and executive briefings with internal leadership and client stakeholders.
  • Counsel and mentor new project managers on established PM processes and Governance Model.
  • Ensure adherence to quality assurance and project governance standards.
  • Respond to RFX documents by providing accurate effort estimations, timelines, and delivery approaches.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Project Management, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in project/program management within the enterprise software domain.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Agile Scrum and Waterfall.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or PMI-ACP certification.
  • Experience working with financial institutions, captive auto finance companies, or leasing clients.
