Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill a key role in our software quality assurance team. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality software projects/products through rigorous testing methodologies.

Responsibilities:
  • Specification Review: Review functional and design specifications to ensure a full understanding of individual deliverables.
  • Test Planning: Identify test requirements from specifications, map test case requirements, and design test coverage plans.
  • Test Execution: Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Testing Coordination: Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
  • Bug Identification: Identify bugs, log defects, and any nonconformity found during the testing phase; work with the development team to resolve and verify fixes when implemented.
  • Functional Testing: Execute test cases for functional and end-to-end integration testing.
  • Reporting: Develop daily status reports and test summary reports for stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: Suggest improvements in existing processes, especially related to quality assurance.
  • Regression Testing: Conduct regression, performance, and functional testing.

  • Quality Delivery: Ability to ensure the delivery of high-quality software projects/products.
  • Test Plan Development: Experience in developing and executing test plans and test cases.
  • Defect Logging: Familiarity with logging defects and working with development teams.
  • Regresion Testing: Knowledge of regression, performance, and functional testing.
  • Process Improvement: Ability to suggest process improvements related to quality assurance.
