Digital Communications Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Social Media Manager to lead our brand's online presence across various platforms.
The ideal candidate is passionate about building communities, driving organic growth, and delivering exceptional digital engagement. Key responsibilities include managing and growing the brand's social media presence, planning and executing organic social media campaigns, and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and platform updates.
- Manage Social Media Presence: Grow the brand's social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan Organic Campaigns: Plan and execute organic social media campaigns aligned with brand voice and business goals.
- Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain a content calendar with consistent publishing.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of platform algorithms and audience behavior, proficiency with analytics tools, and strong copywriting and customer engagement skills. A bachelor's degree is required, and preferred experience includes leading social media strategy and execution, managing campaigns on popular platforms, and performance reporting and analytics.
