Job Title: Social Media Marketing Manager

We are seeking a strategic, innovative, and results-oriented social media marketing manager to lead our social media efforts across all major platforms.

This role combines creativity with analytical expertise to drive brand awareness, community growth, and lead generation through high-impact content and campaigns.

About the Role:
  • Develop, execute, and continuously refine a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business objectives and brand identity.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and emerging digital behaviors to keep strategies fresh and impactful.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Content Creation & Management
    • Lead the creation of original, high-quality content that resonates with target audiences.
    • Maintain an organized social content calendar for consistent posting across platforms.
  2. Platform Management
    • Manage daily operations across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging channels.
    • Tailor content to platform-specific best practices and audience behaviors.
  3. Community Engagement
    • Cultivate a strong digital community by actively responding to comments, messages, mentions, and reviews in a timely manner.
  4. Analytics & Reporting
    • Utilize tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and third-party platforms to track performance.
Requirements:
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Proficient in content creation tools and scheduling platforms.
  • Deep knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and current digital trends.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
